Before School Program

Dear TSMS Parents,

We are excited for the new school year!

At TSMS we strive to help both students and families in any way we can. That being said, here on campus we offer a Before School Care Program.

Your student(s) will be in the care of TSMS staff in the comfort of their school.

Before School Care starts at 6:45 and ends at 7:30. Parents will come to the drop-off area and a TSMS staff member will be there to sign your student in. Registration is currently open and will close on the last day before school starts.

We look forward to welcoming your child to our Before School Care Program and providing an exceptional experience that complements their educational journey.

Any FAQ about the program has been included at the bottom of this page to answer some of the most common questions. If you have any other questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to reach out to our dedicated staff, who will be more than happy to assist you.

We can best be reached through email at watsonj24@tsmas.org, where Ms. Watson can assist you.

Extended Day Program Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register for the program?
We will be here to serve your students from the hours of 2:45 PM – 5:45 PM.

Our program is available for students in grades K-8.

Our program works by providing students with supervised and guided activity stations. At these stations, students can complete their homework, play sports/movement games, play board games, complete guided projects, and complete arts/crafts activities as a part of our after-school experience. Students can choose which stations they would like to spend time at each day. There is a place within the registration form to indicate if your student should visit the homework station each day. If this is indicated, your student will spend the first 45 minutes each day at that station before being allowed to move to other stations in the program.

We provide two options for families to allow you to choose what works best for your schedule. Please select which fee structure you would like to follow within your registration form. Families can select from the following fee structures (prices are per student):

Daily Drop-In: $28/day

Monthly: $225/month

There are no upfront registration fees.

Once the registration form has been completed, we will send a link to register for a Procare account. This is the platform that Ivy Camps USA utilizes to bill parents.

Monthly fees will be charged to the family Procare account (our parent communication and billing platform) 10 days before the end of each month.

Drop-In fees will be assessed at the end of each month, and a charge will be posted to the family Procare account within the first 10 days of each next month. For example, Drop-In fees for September would be charged to the account by October 10th.

All payments are due within 5 days of the invoice being posted to the family Procare account.

Yes, your student must continue to wear their school uniform during their time in our program.

Snacks are provided and will be distributed to students still present in the program at 3:45 PM each day.

Our instructors will be around students at all times and will do their best to help as they are able to, but we do not offer guaranteed 1-on-1 tutoring as a part of our program.

We ask that all families register by August 5th, 2023 if they would like to attend on the first day of school. Please register using the form found here.

At this time, there are no discounts or scholarships available. This includes sibling discounts, as we are unable to offer a sibling discount at this time.

We have an initial capacity of 135 students. We will maintain a waitlist past that point and will notify families if they have been placed on the waitlist or admitted. We will notify families immediately if additional spots become available.
